Reserve a table for our signature menu in The Conservatory – a fine dining experience that moves through seasonal ingredients, classical technique, and the flavours of our region.
Every Saturday – and on Wednesdays too, from May to September – Afternoon Tea is served in the historic salon. Step back in time with this tradition, set in a room that has welcomed distinguished guests for over a century.
The tea unfolds over four tiers, moving from savoury to sweet — delicate sandwiches, buttery scones, seasonal pastries, and handcrafted petit fours. Served alongside a careful selection of teas, and a glass of something sparkling, if you wish.
