Certain offers may be subject to special terms, and this will be stated in connection with the booking. Payment for minibar, bar, dinner, room service, and similar items is due at check-out.
In the event of a no-show, the confirmed room and activity, such as a boat trip or event, will be charged in full.

DAMAGE
The guest is financially responsible for any damage to hotel rooms, furnishings, or other equipment caused by the guest.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, fire, extreme weather, pandemics, or other conditions that make it impossible to carry out the stay or activity, we reserve the right to cancel the stay or activity without any further liability for compensation.
Adverse weather conditions considered normal for the season in our region do not in themselves constitute grounds for cancellation and do not alter the applicable cancellation rules.
INSURANCE
We recommend that all our guests have a valid cancellation insurance, including coverage in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances. We also recommend that you have valid travel insurance during your stay.
PAYMENT AND PRICES
We reserve the right to change prices due to increased costs of purchases, services, currency fluctuations, increased taxes and duties, or other events governed by external parties.
We aim to be a cash-free hotel and encourage our guests to use electronic payment solutions. The hotel accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. For cash payments, only Norwegian currency (NOK) is accepted. We reserve the right to accept a maximum of NOK 20,000 in cash.
We do not accept invoices for individual reservations.
COURT OF LAW
Any disputes between the parties to this agreement that cannot be resolved amicably shall be dealt with by a local Norwegian court. The court's decision shall be final.
ACTIVITIES AND BOAT TRIPS
All bookings, changes, and cancellations must be submitted in writing. We reserve the right to change or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances related to equipment, crew, or weather. If weather conditions make the original route unsafe, the trip may be cancelled or the route may be adjusted to safeguard the participants' safety and experience. A change of route due to weather does not constitute grounds for a refund or price reduction.
All participants are personally responsible for ensuring that their physical and mental condition is compatible with the nature of the activity. Participants must always follow instructions from the guide or boat operator. Responsible personnel may refuse participation if this is deemed necessary for safety reasons. This may include health, physical condition, the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if a participant is a nuisance to others.
Bringing and using personal belongings during an activity or boat trip, such as cameras, mobile phones, bags, jewellery, glasses, and similar items, is entirely at the participant's own risk.
In the event of late arrival, the trip may be shortened or, in some cases, may not be carried out. The booked trip must nevertheless be paid for in full, and no refund will be given.
Cancellation of a confirmed activity must be made in writing no later than 30 days before the agreed arrival date. If cancelled later than this, the confirmed amount will be charged in full.
