ACTIVITIES AND BOAT TRIPS
All bookings, changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing. We reserve the right to change or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances relating to equipment, crew or weather conditions. If weather conditions make the original route unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. Alternatively, the route may be changed to ensure that participants have a safe experience. Route changes due to weather conditions do not constitute grounds for a refund or price reduction.
All participants are themselves responsible for ensuring that they are physically and mentally fit for the activity in question. Participants must follow instructions from the guide or boat operator at all times. The responsible party has the right to refuse participation if this is considered necessary for safety reasons, including due to health conditions, lack of physical fitness, the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, or if the person causes significant disturbance to other participants.
The use of and bringing personal belongings on activities and boat trips, including cameras, mobile phones, bags, jewellery and glasses, is at the participant's own risk.
Late arrival may result in the trip being shortened or unable to be carried out. The trip must nevertheless be paid for in full, and no refund will be given.
Cancellation of a confirmed activity must be made in writing no later than 30 days before the agreed arrival date. If a confirmed activity is cancelled less than 30 days before the agreed arrival date, the confirmed amount must be paid in full.
