Reserve a table for our signature menu in The Conservatory – a fine dining experience that moves through seasonal ingredients, classical technique, and the flavours of our region.
Our farmhouses are built in an old traditional architectural style in line with the rest of the village. Called a «klyngetun» in Norwegian, it builds on the concept of the traditional western Norwegian farm settlement built up of various farms located close together. Designed in a more rustic aesthetic they complement the main house. The spacious rooms are inviting, and individually designed – complementing our gardens perfectly.
