Tucked away in the cellar, the wine room is divided between reds and whites – a carefully considered collection that the sommelier knows intimately. On weekday evenings they are here, ready to guide you through a selection.
Pull up a chair at the long table for a guided tasting, or simply let them recommend a glass for the evening. As a Bollinger ambassador, Union Øye is one of few places in Norway where you can enjoy this historic Champagne by the glass.
